Mini Suite on the lot, has 3/4 bathroom, laundry room with washer & dryer. A/C, hi-speed internet & router, cable tv and extra cable box for inside RV. Just to make life easier!

Location

If you want to explore the area outside of the resort, we are located close to Kennedy Space Center and Canaveral National Seashore. World class fishing in Mosquito Lagoon. Ample shopping and wonderful restaurants.

Walmart, Target, Home Depot are 5 minutes away.

Disney and Theme Parks are 1 hour.

Local beaches 30 minutes. Cocoa Beaches 45 minutes.

Rates

Oct - Mar 1700$

Apr - Sep 1400$

Full Year Lease 1450$ . All rates are per month rent.

*Rates subject to change on reservations made more than 12 months out.

*Minimum rental period is one month. Additional month / months discounted $100. (Full year lease already includes discounts.) Rental months must be consecutive to receive discount. Rent is due the first of every month. Cash, Check (US Bank), Credit Card, Zelle.

*Security Deposit $500. Due at reservation time with signed agreement. Security deposit is refundable, used towards last months rent.

*Cancellation monthly lease: Security deposit refundable up to six weeks prior to rental start date.

*Cancellation full year lease: Security deposit refundable up to 2 months prior to rental period. Cancelations within the full year lease period, will be subjected to rates applicable to the months rented.

*Electric, cable, high speed internet, water, garbage collection and taxes included in rent. High speed router in mini suite.

*The Great Outdoors RV Resort is private property. Self-contained 18′-or-longer motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers only please. No pop-ups, tents or truck campers are allowed. No commercial vehicles or wrapped RVs are allowed.
